A+ Investigations & Protection is committed to your satisfaction and safety, as well as, the safety of your employees, guests/visitors, residents, and family. But, the commitment doesn’t stop there!
We stand behind our officers and at your request, will provide additional training to any officer as needed. When you request a Security Team of five or more officers, we will ensure that there is a dedicated supervisory detail in place and enforcing your policies among assigned officers.
Should a call-out occur, we will immediately seek a qualified officer to cover the shift within 2 hours. In the event we cannot find a qualified officer, we will assign a supervisory officer with similar or higher qualifications to cover the shift at no additional cost to our client.
A+ Investigations & Protection will utilize modern technology to monitor officers’ attendance, and patrol duties. This system also allows real-time reporting of incidents with the capability to incorporate photos, video and audio should it be necessary.
A+ Investigations & Protection will double-check all schedules, attendance records, and reports to ensure accurate billing and payroll. Should an unlikely error ever occur, we will gladly and quickly correct said error and ensure that every hour and penny is accounted for.
Every Armed Officer will possess a valid, State Mandated Certification issued by the Pennsylvania State Police in accordance with the Pennsylvania Lethal Weapons Training Act. Along with State Mandated Training and Certification, every Armed Officer can receive an additional 40 hours of in-house training before being assigned to your location.
Every Armed Officer will be required to demonstrate the ability to effectively and safely utilize their skills and knowledge according to requirements of the assignment before he/she is placed at your location.
